Tide is seeking a Global Rewards Lead to join their People & Culture team. The role involves defining and implementing the rewards philosophy at Tide, contributing to the creation of a holistic rewards strategy, and influencing leaders on the reward approach. The ideal candidate will be willing to actively participate in projects and initiatives to evolve the reward, recognition, and benefits program, ensuring it reflects Tide's unique culture and attracts and retains talented individuals.
This role involves:
Designing, developing, and delivering the global rewards philosophy and strategy.
Leading the development of compensation plan strategies and managing compensation cycles.
Overseeing annual salary and package benchmarking.
Supporting equity-related matters.
Conducting predictive analytics and data analysis.
Leading the development of benefit strategies.
Acting as a trusted business advisor.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits program design.
Familiarity with compensation compliance rules regionally.
Regional or Global market experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and focus on delivery.
Experience in a scale-up environment (desirable).
