Tide is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the growth of their Credit Flex and Credit Score Insights products. The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Leading the strategic direction of the products.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Experience in lending, with a preference for SME lending.
- Proven ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Product strategy skills, commercial acumen, and an understanding of unit economics.
- Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor and manage fellow PMs.
