Job Description
Tide is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with German language skills to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The Paid Plans Support Team provides phone support to paid members, building relationships and driving revenue.
The Customer Support Specialist will communicate with customers daily, mainly over the phone, and provide support via chat and email. They will follow procedures, contribute to process improvement, and deliver a 5-star customer experience. The role involves addressing banking challenges, mentoring team members, and identifying opportunities based on customer feedback.
Role Involves:
- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Providing first-class support and resolving banking challenges
- Mentoring team members and supporting back-office tasks
- Identifying opportunities based on customer feedback
Requirements:
- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in phone customer support
- Very good verbal and written German (C1 or higher)
- Proficiency in industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Jira
- Upbeat, energetic, and solid problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
