Tide is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with German language skills to join their Paid Plans Support Team. This role involves providing top-tier phone support to paid members, fostering relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering award-winning customer service.

The Customer Support Specialist will communicate daily with customers mainly over the phone, provide first-class support over chat and email, and follow established procedures while contributing to process improvements. They will address banking challenges, mentor team members, and monitor usage for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers daily via phone, chat, and email.
  • Providing first-class support and resolving banking challenges.
  • Mentoring new team members and assisting with back-office tasks.
  • Monitoring usage and identifying new opportunities based on customer feedback.
  • Participating in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable talking to customers on the phone.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience as a phone customer support associate.
  • Very good verbal and written German (C1 or higher).
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Jira.
  • Upbeat, energetic, and possesses solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
