In this role, the Engineering Manager will lead a team of software developers, collaborating with product management, QA, technical writing, and other software teams. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing, securing, monitoring, and optimizing storage infrastructure.
The Engineering Manager will work on security hardening and observability, bridging engineering practices and security or observability concerns. They will contribute to innovative technology development and the growth of a successful company, within Pure Storage's open and transparent culture.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical management of 3+ years.
- Extensive experience in software development.
- Proven track record of managing projects through the entire SDLC.
- Commitment to customer needs and feedback.
- Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in Software Security or Observability concepts.
