The company operates a B2C marketplace connecting businesses with surplus food to consumers at reduced prices. They have over 110 million users across 19 countries and have saved more than 400 million meals.

The Associate Director of Global CRM will lead lifecycle marketing, automation strategies, and personalisation efforts.

Role involves:

  • Developing and executing a world-class lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Leveraging automation and data-driven personalisation.
  • Maximising retention, engagement, and lifetime value of users and partners.
  • Delivering relevant communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Leading A/B testing and optimisation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in a consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or app-driven business.
  • Proven track record of leading CRM automation, personalisation, and engagement strategies at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CDPs (Segment, Bloomreach, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
