SurveyMonkey is seeking an Expansion Account Executive to drive the adoption of its enterprise feedback solutions among existing customers. The Expansion Account Executive will identify opportunities to expand SurveyMonkey's footprint within existing customer departments and new departments. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, and a proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals with multiple stakeholders.Specifically, this role involves:
Selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite to existing departments and new departments
Identifying opportunities to help existing users get more value from SurveyMonkey
Finding new buyers/departments inside existing customers
SurveyMonkey is looking for candidates with:
1-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS
Experience building pipeline with Customer accounts
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar methodology
Experience using Salesforce (CRM), Outreach (sequencing), Gong (conversation intelligence), and ZoomInfo (prospecting)
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Experience building business cases with prospects
