Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth

Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience from initial homepage interaction through subscription and meal selection. The Growth Engineering team's projects directly impact customer engagement and drive revenue.This position reports to the Engineering Lead and involves collaborating with a Product Manager and designer to shape product strategy, define OKRs, and manage the roadmap. The engineer will also communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on status, risk assessment, and product strategy.Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing features within the JavaScript stack.
• Iterating on new and existing features to improve user experience and performance.
• Contributing to the adoption of strong software architecture and best practices.
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring other engineers.
• Contributing technically to projects, removing roadblocks, and repairing technical issues.
• Partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to refine the product.
• Supporting on-call rotation to maintain uptime.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, and web apps.
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and e2e tests.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Advanced level of English.
