Capco Poland is seeking a Business Consultant with expertise in Regulatory Advisory to provide guidance on regulatory frameworks such as PSD3 and payments-related regulations. The consultant will ensure clients meet industry compliance standards by working on regulatory advisory and implementation projects, collaborating with internal and client-side teams, and independently managing workstreams.

Role involves:

  • Acting as a consultant on regulatory advisory and implementation projects, including PSD3.
  • Participating in regulatory advisory and implementation projects related to payments and open finance.
  • Working closely with client stakeholders to communicate complex regulatory information.
  • Collaborating with internal and client-side teams to achieve project goals.
  • Independently organizing and managing workstreams.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Designing and implementing strategies related to regulatory compliance and advisory services.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in the financial services sector or as an advisor.
  • Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3, other relevant regulations, open banking or payments.
  • Understanding of legal concepts related to financial sector regulations.
  • Proven ability to convey complex regulatory concepts.
  • Experience working collaboratively in teams and engaging directly with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and organize workload effectively.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to interpret legal texts.
