Capco is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects within the financial services industry. They will work closely with stakeholders, delivery partners, and project teams to ensure project success and benefit realization.

Role Involves:

  • Initiating and scoping projects.
  • Planning and optimizing project delivery.
  • Managing project scope, requirements, and budgets.
  • Monitoring project execution and risk management.
  • Managing change implementation and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring project quality and adherence to frameworks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in managing Banking / FI Domain projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management in banking or financial institutions.
  • Ability to drive projects under minimal guidance.
  • Proven record of leading multi-disciplined teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent people management, planning and organization skills.
  • Project Management Professional Certification, Managing Successful Programmes, Projects in Controlled Environments, Project Management Professional, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, or Prince2 or Six Sigma qualification has definite advantage
