Project Manager (Payments) at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work as a Consultant on significant digital payments projects, facilitating transactions between consumers, merchants, and financial institutions, and implementing regulatory changes.

Role involves:

• Working as a Capco’s Consultant on digital payments projects.
• Facilitating payment transactions.
• Implementing regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within the financial services domain, especially in payments.
• Experience in regulatory projects like PSD2/3.
• Experience identifying project goals, needs, and scope.
• Experience in planning, documenting, and monitoring tasks.
• Experience managing resources and working with stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio, and PM tools (MS Project, Clarity, Plan-View).
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a related field.
