Vice President, Strategy (Influencer Marketing)

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to drive strategic excellence and exceptional client outcomes. The VP will oversee integrated marketing strategies, align multi-channel initiatives with client objectives, and act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Role involves:
• Leading proposal development and ensuring seamless project management.
• Designing and implementing training programs.
• Developing strategic resource planning frameworks.
• Collaborating with leadership to define and execute the department's vision.
• Architecting integrated marketing strategies.
• Providing strategic advisory to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Driving the creation of compelling pitch materials.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in social, creative, business development, and/or strategy.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Extensive experience in marketing, specifically social, content, and influencer marketing.
• A proven track record of developing successful social-first strategies and campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with brands and at agencies.
