Job Description
Alo is seeking an International Retail Intern to support the International team in day-to-day tasks, key projects, and cross-functional management. This role involves assisting with merchandising, planning, and logistics, and establishing key processes to enhance communication and alignment across international partners. The intern will also participate in the event coordination of Alo’s yearly International summit held at the company headquarters.
The company believes in in-office collaboration and requires the position to be full-time in the office. The Alo internship program starts June 9th and ends August 1st, with interns working 40 hours a week at the Beverly Hills HQ.
- Assisting the International team with daily responsibilities.
- Managing International weekly sales reports and partner meetings.
- Supporting key projects across buying, planning, merchandising, and logistics.
- Creating agendas and organizing tasks for international partner meetings.
- Implementing key templates for information sharing.
- Assisting with onboarding documents and international opening communications.
- Coordinating the international summit event.
- Currently pursuing a BA in Fashion Business Management or related field.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hourly compensation of $25.
