Alo Yoga is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join their team in Denver, CO. This individual will play a crucial role in driving profitability and efficiency within the store, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team.

The Operations Associate will be responsible for executing inventory management processes, supporting operational functions, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The role involves constant movement on the retail floor to assist guests and perform various tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Execute inventory management processes effectively.
• Support operational functions including shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
