Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Harbor East

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join their team in Harbor East, Baltimore, MD. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency in the store. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal operational results. Company Associate base pay ranges from $16.00 - $18.00/ hour in Baltimore, MD.

Role involves:
• Executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigating and resolving inventory issues.
• Supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.
• Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and twist.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
