Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their store in The Mall at Short Hills. This role is crucial for driving profitability and efficiency within the store. The Operations Lead will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal operational results.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing inventory management processes.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
  • Managing key operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment.
  • Championing strong visual standards.
  • Supporting a safe and efficient stockroom.
  • Overseeing Operations Associates including recruitment and development.
  • Collaborating with Visual Lead to ensure training.
  • Executing company-level operations-focused directives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Receptiveness to feedback.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $20.00 - $22.00/ hour in Short Hills, NJ. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
