Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Ala Moana

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Ala Moana location in Honolulu, HI. This role focuses on achieving store sales goals by providing an excellent Alo experience and representing the brand's mission. The Sales Associate builds genuine connections with guests, educates them about products, and informs them about the community and culture of Alo. The individual needs to be a team player who thrives in culture of feedback and excellence.

The Sales Associate Involves:

• Impacting the business and store environment positively.
• Driving and exceeding sales goals.

• Building client relationships daily.
• Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results.
• Processing shipment and ensuring product flow.

Requirements:

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service.
• Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivation and a desire to excel individually and as a team.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
