Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Harbor East location in Baltimore, MD. The Sales Associate will contribute to achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional Alo experience and promoting the brand's mission. This involves creating authentic connections with customers, providing product education, and sharing knowledge of the community and culture.

• Drive sales and exceed goals through Alo's Flow initiatives.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports and strategize to deliver results.
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
• Assist with shipment processing and visual merchandising.

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service.

• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
