Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Miami, FL. The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at Alo Yoga. They will ensure targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction are delivered, create a service-lead environment on the sales floor, and create a sanctuary that sets Alo apart from other retailers.
The role involves: - Leading an exceptional guest experience on the floor.
- Building client relationships daily.
- Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results.
- Ensuring effective sales floor coverage.
- Managing reporting, budgets, and inventory control.
- Demonstrating business acumen by leveraging metrics.
- Leading staff in daily operations and guest experience.
- Overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
- Collaborating with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads.
- Executing company-level operations-focused directives.
The requirements are: - 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities.

- High energy and enthusiastic attitude.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
