Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for their store located in Thousand Oaks, California. This role is vital to the store's leadership team, focusing on bringing Alo's business and guest experience strategy to life. The Sales & Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and driving sales.

The Sales & Service Manager will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Investigating sales opportunities and identifying root causes.
• Overseeing the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Building client relationships and ensuring effective sales floor coverage.
• Developing and implementing the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data.
• Leading the Sales, Service, and Community team, embodying Alo's mission and principles.
• Writing effective schedules and overseeing the execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agility in handling multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
