Alo Yoga is seeking a Store Manager for its Chestnut Hill location. The Store Manager acts as a business owner, leading and developing all aspects of the store's business. The successful candidate will create and maintain a positive and productive work environment aligned with the company's mission. They will consistently achieve sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, and merchandising standards, while developing a successful team.Role involves:
- Developing and executing retail strategies.
- Leading the team to meet sales goals.
- Overseeing the execution of key operational and visual guidelines.
- Creating and implementing effective communication strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
