Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Thousand Oaks, California. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. The Visual Manager will be responsible for planning, product knowledge, analyzing reports, and visual execution to drive effective merchandising. Duties include constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. This individual will leverage business performance data to lead strategic product presentation and ensure strong visual standards.

Role Involves:
  • Overseeing execution of operational and visual processes.
  • Championing visual standards for the sales floor.
  • Leading product presentation and merchandising.
  • Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll.
  • Identifying business opportunities with product placement.


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
