Communications - Associate Director (Dublin)

Job Description

Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Marketing and Communications team in Dublin. This hybrid role will focus on developing and implementing the company’s media-relations efforts and outreach in Europe and the UK, while also supporting KBRA’s global media strategy.

The Associate Director will cultivate media relationships, enhance brand visibility, and promote the company’s research. They will also monitor KBRA’s interactions with the media, develop reports for executives, and evaluate the impact of media campaigns.

Role Involves:

• Building relationships with key media contacts.
• Designing and implementing external media initiatives.
• Acting as the main Communications partner and media counsel.
• Collaborating with analysts, colleagues, and senior management.
• Arranging and managing media interviews.
• Maintaining and tracking engagement activity and media metrics.
• Publishing media articles to the company’s website.
• Developing written materials including press releases.
• Preparing monthly and annual reports.
• Coordinating with Marketing on preparing press releases for awards.

Requirements:

• 4 to 10 years experience in journalism, communications, or public relations.
• Focus on Fixed Income/Credit space.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong social media content creation skills.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
