Mirakl is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Paris. Mirakl is the global leader in platform business innovation.

The Business Development Representative will be at the heart of Mirakl's expansion on a specific territory, contributing to growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for their leading marketplace platform and catalog management product.

The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring 3 to 4 days in the office and 1 to 2 days working from home.

What This Role Involves:
  • Developing marketplace expertise through Mirakl's University training program and coaching from Sales experts.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities with major prospects in your territory, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companies.
  • Proactively prospecting your market using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Maintaining quality relationships through multiple touchpoints with C-Level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs from your prospection.
  • Working in tandem with our Account Executives to build a trustful pipeline of leads from the first physical meeting to closing.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients'/prospects' business challenges to better qualify their needs.
  • Collaborating within an international team in contact with marketing, platform advisory, and legal teams.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and track performance KPIs to meet and exceed your objectives.
Requirements:

  • Previous B2B prospecting experience (1-3 years).
