Mirakl, a global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - German Speaker to join their Business Development team in Paris. The role involves contributing to Mirakl's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the DACH region for their marketplace platform and catalog management product. The Inside Sales Representative will work alongside pioneers transforming e-commerce, in a company supporting over 450 international clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketplace expertise through Mirakl University training.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in the DACH region.
  • Proactively prospect using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain quality relationships with C-Level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges.
  • Collaborate within an international team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and track performance KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • A "Go Above & Beyond" mindset and thirst for learning.
  • A pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
  • Intellectual agility to understand complex business challenges.
  • Previous B2B prospecting experience (1-3 years) is a plus.
