Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Paris. This role involves working alongside pioneers transforming e-commerce, supporting over 450 international clients. The Inside Sales Representative will contribute to Mirakl's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for their marketplace platform and catalog management product.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing marketplace expertise through Mirakl University training.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities with major prospects.
  • Proactively prospecting the market using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Maintaining quality relationships with C-Level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients' business challenges.
  • Collaborating within an international team.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce.
Mirakl is looking for candidates with:

  • Previous B2B prospecting experience (1-3 years) is a plus.
