Job Description

Passes, founded by Lucy Guo in 2022, is seeking an Agency Success Manager to support the Head of Agency Partnerships in managing and growing relationships with agency partners.

In this role, the Agency Success Manager will assist with maintaining strong relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external agency partners. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with agency initiatives and assist in the creation of processes that streamline agency engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in partner management, agency relations, talent management, or a similar role
• Understanding of the Creator Economy
• Strong Communication Skills
• Project Management Skills
• Collaborative Team Player
