Cabify is seeking a Global Tax Specialist to join their Finance team in Madrid. The role involves supporting the Global Head of Tax in implementing tax strategies and international planning. Cabify's tax team is a crucial part of the company, helping with business growth and financial stability.Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing monthly tax returns.
  • Managing VAT, including reviewing tax models and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinating SII (Immediate Supply of VAT Information) with external advisors.
  • Handling local taxes.
  • Assisting in preparing corporate income tax returns and installment payments.
  • Supporting the R&D deductions and incentives process.
  • Managing tax notifications and AEAT requirements.
  • Aiding in tax inspections.
  • Assisting in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Coordinating with external advisors and the global Tax team for Master File and Local File preparation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Departments, Strategic Consulting, Law Firms, or Big Four companies.
  • Relevant degree in Business (Law/Economics).
  • Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
  • Experience in fiscal compliance management in Spain for VAT and Corporate Income Tax.
  • Knowledge and experience in transfer pricing.
  • Understanding of international tax planning.
  • Disciplined, organized, committed, and proactive individual.
