Nubank is seeking a Learning & Development Culture Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of onboarding processes. The role involves collaborating with various P&C departments to design and manage the rollout of a personalized newcomer experience.
The role involves: - Reviewing and managing Culture HR products.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop new products supporting Nubank's EVP narrative and values.
- Working with POps BA and Designers, and various P&C departments to ensure a cohesive approach.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience dealing with change management.
- Product sense/mindset.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Solid communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in HR Culture teams is a plus.
