Nubank is seeking a Learning & Development Culture Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of onboarding processes. The role involves collaborating with various P&C departments to design and manage the rollout of a personalized newcomer experience.

The role involves:
  • Reviewing and managing Culture HR products.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop new products supporting Nubank's EVP narrative and values.
  • Working with POps BA and Designers, and various P&C departments to ensure a cohesive approach.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience dealing with change management.
  • Product sense/mindset.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in HR Culture teams is a plus.
