POSIT Alert - Sales & Coverage at Virtu Financial

Virtu Financial is seeking a POSIT Alert Sales & Coverage professional to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and passionate about driving revenue growth while providing excellent service to institutional investors.

Role involves:

• Covering & managing Virtu’s electronic block crossing clients
• Providing service to, and drive revenue growth from POSIT Alert clients.
• Identifying / bring in new clients to the Virtu trading platform.
• Performing statistical analysis on platform interaction
• Creating execution reports on client and platform performance.
• Coordinate with the Client Services and Product Management teams
• Working closely with Algo coverage team to grow revenue across the entire platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of equity trading experience in the Asian markets
• Excellent communication skills in English. Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin proficiency a plus
• Proactive, a spirit of client service and a desire to serve & help grow a business
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to understand technology infrastructure and proficiency in FIX terminology is a plus.
• Technical/statistical understanding, an ability to analyze large data sets and communicate on this level internally with Client Services teams / externally with clients and prospects.
