Karbon, a global leader in practice management software, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets. This role involves providing guidance, support, and coaching to help team members achieve their targets and reach their full potential.Karbon is looking for someone to optimize the sales process, continuously seeking improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of outbound engagement and call activity to expand the sales funnel and deliver on sales goals. They will also refine methods to demonstrate the platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients, and provide a first-class experience by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities: - Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Recruit and onboard high-performing account executives.
- Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive a culture of outbound engagement and call activity.
- Refine methods to demonstrate the platform to potential clients.
- Provide a first-class experience to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements: - Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
