Job Description
Dandelion Energy, a leading residential geothermal company, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to drive its policy and regulatory efforts in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role involves shaping and implementing strategies to grow the market for geothermal heat pumps. The Regulatory Affairs Manager will report to the VP/Head of Regulatory Affairs.

Role Involves:
  • Crafting and executing external engagement strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with utility, government, and other stakeholders.
  • Representing Dandelion in front of government stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal experts to create policy recommendations.
  • Defending existing incentives and markets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the public sector, ideally at the intersection of business and policy.
  • Familiarity with energy policy and utility regulation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
