Flagstone is seeking a Customer Operations Development Partner & Trainer to enhance customer experiences and drive training for operations, onboarding, and client services teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of customer-centric strategies and financial compliance.
Role Involves:
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs for customer experience and sales teams.
- Conducting interactive workshops and on-the-job coaching.
- Developing onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensuring training programs align with FCA Consumer Duty regulations.
- Assessing training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
- Proven experience in training roles within customer service, operations, sales, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
