Job Description

Flagstone is seeking a Customer Operations Development Partner & Trainer to enhance customer experiences and drive training for operations, onboarding, and client services teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of customer-centric strategies and financial compliance.

Role Involves:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs for customer experience and sales teams.
  • Conducting interactive workshops and on-the-job coaching.
  • Developing onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensuring training programs align with FCA Consumer Duty regulations.
  • Assessing training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
  • Proven experience in training roles within customer service, operations, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
