Archer Aviation is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Director to join their team in San Jose, California. This role is crucial for providing analytical rigor, supporting long-range planning, and leading the corporate planning and budgeting process. The Senior Director will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to enhance financial data accuracy and efficiency.Archer Aviation is dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility through the design, manufacture, and operation of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.What this role involves:

• Collaborating with executives on strategic initiatives.
• Creating detailed financial models for long-range planning.
• Leading the corporate planning and budgeting process.
• Implementing process improvements for financial data analytics.
• Leading the cost management framework.
• Creating and monitoring KPIs.
• Deploying data visualization dashboards.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&A function highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting policies.
• Experience with FP&A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong excel modeling analytical skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What Archer offers:

• A base pay between $264,600.00 - $275,000.00.
