Dataiku, a leader in the AI revolution, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their fully remote Support team. This role involves assisting EMEA and global customers with their technical issues related to Dataiku's Everyday AI Platform (DSS). The candidate will contribute to the growth of the global support function and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Helping EMEA and global customers solve technical issues with Dataiku.
  • Communicating with the R&D team.
  • Working with customer-facing teams to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Documenting knowledge in technical articles.
Requirements include:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong competency in technical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Ability to read and write Python or R code.
