Career Coach at General Assembly

General Assembly is seeking a Career Coach to support students and graduates in their job search. The Career Coach will work to ensure students are supported as they start to think about their next professional steps and graduates are prepared and confident in their job search.

The Career Coach will manage a pipeline of students and graduates, respond to their needs, and strive to understand the local tech scene. They will also deliver meaningful programs, coach and counsel students, create content, and connect with internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a pipeline of students and graduates
• Responding to students and job seeker needs
• Understanding and engaging the local tech scene
• Coaching and counseling students
• Content Delivery

• Risk Management

Requirements:

• Minimum tenure is 18 months before transition to Senior Career Coach
• Coach & Counselor
