Job Description

Appinio, a global market research company, is seeking a Client Relations Lead in the UK to drive expansion and build key client relationships. The Client Relations Lead will work closely with senior decision-makers at enterprises, assisting them with their research requirements through customized, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling and advising high-profile clients on market research services.

What this role involves:

• Selling Appinio’s quantitative research services to key stakeholders.
• Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Leading high-impact sales presentations and pitch proposals.
• Advising clients on effective research solutions.
• Developing and maintaining a strong network within relevant industries.
• Representing Appinio at industry events.
• Contributing to the overall UK sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in selling and advising on market research services.
• At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales within the quantitative market research space.
• Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong CRM expertise, preferably in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and highly attuned to client needs.
