Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the Mid-Market segment in Berlin, Germany. The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new logos, building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, and articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products. The Account Executive will need to understand buying needs and decision-making processes to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new accounts. The Account Executive is expected to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire Mid-Market-sized new logo accounts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid-Market business opportunities.
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products.
- Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Channel sales representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
- Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
- Experience with Salesforce, a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Stats driven business professional
- Motivated, energetic self-starter
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
