KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Executive (SMB/MM) to identify and acquire new clients. The role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by prospecting, following up on leads, and reigniting customer opportunities.Responsibilities include:
  • Acquiring Small/Medium and Mid-Market-sized new logo accounts.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products.
  • Understanding an organization’s buying needs.
  • Strategically offering subscription levels and negotiating pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with the Channel sales representative.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience selling to Small/Medium or Mid-Market sized businesses
  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Stats driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
