Business Analyst Growth at Incode Technologies

Incode is seeking a Business Analyst for Growth to drive data analysis for their growth organization. The Business Analyst will manage the overall performance and effectiveness of marketing and SDR activities. He/she will foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective growth activities.

The Business Analyst will have direct access to colleagues at all levels and will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business as Incode grows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of marketing data analytics.
• Manage all aspects of SDR data analytics.
• Define and help implement Reports & Dashboards with the team.
• Accountable for the continual process improvement program.
• Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements.
• Curate lists and databases for SDRs.
• Issues analysis to determine improvement areas and identify process bottlenecks.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners.
• Deliver business intelligence for strategic development.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience BA/BS in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.
• Experience in Data Analysis.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to engage with the teams.
• High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Advanced level in Excel and experience in Dashboards.
• Ideally, knowledge in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tableau.
