Instructional Associate at General Assembly

General Assembly is seeking an Instructional Associate to support learners in their full-time (12 week) and part-time (24 week) bootcamps. The Instructional Associate will work closely with the instructional team to guide students through their journey in data science, software engineering, or user experience design.

This role is based in Singapore and requires residing in Singapore with an eligible work permit or Singapore citizenship/permanent residency. The position is delivered in a hybrid (campus and online) format.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing real-time support on homework and projects.
• Reviewing student work using assessment rubrics.
• Mentoring and coaching students.
• Staying up to date with classwork and creating additional resources.
• Facilitating a dynamic and collaborative classroom community.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in user experience, data analytics, or software engineering.
• Deep understanding of course topics.
• Authorized to work in Singapore.
