Sojern is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to enhance email support across various platforms. The role involves managing email calendars, ensuring optimal delivery, and supporting Pardot form creation for landing pages. This position collaborates with marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align email campaigns with company objectives.

What this role involves:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage diverse email programs, including nurture sequences and newsletters.
  • Oversee Pardot administration, including workflows and database management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Maintain best practices and compliance across all email communications.
  • Provide strategic guidance on email marketing tools and platforms.
  • Support landing page form integration and lead routing.
  • Ensure mobile-friendly optimized email designs.
  • Stay informed on email marketing trends.
  • Manage inbound email marketing requests and Asana workflows.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing email marketing campaigns and using Pardot.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Great collaboration and team player abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Webflow, webinar tools, Google Workspace, basic HTML knowledge, Stripo, Zapier, and Salesforce.
