Forter is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to join its Customer Success department in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, renewals, expansion, and providing strategic insights. This role involves building lasting relationships with client executives, solving complex business challenges, and growing partnerships.
The role involves:
- Enabling clients on Forter’s portal and technology.
- Running ongoing training for clients.
- Leading monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Generating upsell opportunities.
- Overseeing the renewal process for client contracts.
- Sharing insights with Product and leadership teams.
- Directing client technical inquiries to the Support team.
- Maintaining clean data within internal systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English.
- 5+ years of client-facing Customer Success experience.
- Experience leading business reviews with client executives.
- Experience communicating client objectives to internal leadership.
- Experience collaborating with Product and R&D teams.
- Experience enabling and training clients on UX.
- Experience in a SaaS startup environment is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Openness to being hands-on.
