Director, Client Success (Montenegro)

Job Description

General Assembly is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead the launch of its tech academy in Montenegro. This role involves equipping Montenegro’s youth with vital digital skills to drive economic growth. The Director will navigate ambiguity, establish operational frameworks, and manage relationships with government and corporate stakeholders.The Director will:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a cross-functional local team.
• Establish foundational infrastructure, including facilities and technology.
• Serve as the primary liaison between General Assembly and the Montenegro government.
• Ensure exceptional client management for key stakeholders.
• Define and track program success metrics.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in launching and scaling large-scale programs.
• Expertise in client management and operational delivery.
• A strong background in building regionalised frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Montenegro region or neighboring countries.
• Strong project management skills.
