Awin is seeking a Partner Development Manager to focus on the Benelux and UK markets. Reporting to the Partner Development Lead, the role involves proactively recruiting, onboarding, and developing publishers on the Awin network, driving gross profit (GP) growth.
The Partner Development Manager will work closely with client partners to identify and recruit high-value publishers, including influencers. They will develop strategic partnerships, create joint marketing plans, and generate custom reporting solutions. Additionally, the role involves revenue generation through service packages, consistent opportunity delivery, and process optimization.
