Too Good To Go is seeking a Regional Head of Commercial (RHoC) to cover a maternity leave for 6 months. This role involves generating and growing supplier partnerships across France, Italy, and Spain for the company's Parcels business. The RHoC will report to the Global Director of Buying & Sourcing and manage a team of Senior Partner Managers and Partner Managers. This position will be based in Italy, France, or Spain.
Role involves: - Driving sales strategy and implementation
- Acquiring new supply and growing partnerships
- Driving strategic relationships with suppliers
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Managing accounts and leading negotiations with suppliers
- Delivering cross country P&L targets
Requirements: - Extensive business growth experience
- Experience in managing and coaching a team
- Full proficiency in Italian and English
- Experience in generating cost savings and price reductions
