Too Good To Go is seeking a Regional Head of Commercial (RHoC) to cover a maternity leave for 6 months. This role involves generating and growing supplier partnerships across France, Italy, and Spain for the company's Parcels business. The RHoC will report to the Global Director of Buying & Sourcing and manage a team of Senior Partner Managers and Partner Managers. This position will be based in Italy, France, or Spain.

Role involves:
  • Driving sales strategy and implementation
  • Acquiring new supply and growing partnerships
  • Driving strategic relationships with suppliers
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Managing accounts and leading negotiations with suppliers
  • Delivering cross country P&L targets

Requirements:
  • Extensive business growth experience
  • Experience in managing and coaching a team
  • Full proficiency in Italian and English
  • Experience in generating cost savings and price reductions
  • Excellent commercial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to influence colleagues
