Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover to support their Danish team. This role involves a dual function as a strategic P&C Business Partner for Global Functions (Finance, Product&Tech, Legal) and Head of P&C for the Copenhagen headquarters.
  • Drive P&C strategies and processes
  • Partner with leadership teams
  • Collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence
  • Enhance onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance and governance
  • Lead the local P&C team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in a senior HRBP/P&C leadership role, including line management experience.
  • Commercial mindset with problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on attitude and experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry and supporting Product and Tech teams is highly desirable.
  • Based in Copenhagen.
