Job Description
Addepar is seeking an Alts Data Operations Analyst to join their team in Pune, India. Addepar is a global technology and data company that helps investment professionals provide informed guidance for their clients. The Alternatives Data Ops team plays a critical role in the success of Addepar’s Alternatives offering.
The role involves:
- Managing Alternatives Data processing for Addepar clients.
- Troubleshooting Private Fund statements processing exceptions.
- Modifying document data that has been incorrectly extracted by machine learning models.
- Partnering with the Machine Learning Operations team to identify and relabel documents for model retraining.
- Engaging clients, GPs, or Fund Admins to address statement data-related inquiries and issues.
- Onboarding new clients to determine and establish the ownership structure of clients’ Private Fund positions within Addepar.
- Maintaining Alternatives Data Operations workflow procedures and play-books.
- Partnering with Sales, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to drive alignment on account-related issues.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering to implement new processes and tooling features.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with strong knowledge of capital markets.
- Experience dealing with Alternatives (Private/Draw-down) Funds data.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and a collaborative team player.
- Technical skills preferred in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
