Manager, Outcomes and Partnership at General Assembly

General Assembly is seeking a Manager, Outcomes and Partnership. This role is based in Bahrain and involves developing partnerships with corporate clients, startups, and organizations for graduate placements. The Manager will oversee local Outcomes teams, ensure quality, and prioritize business needs for digital products.

Role involves:

• Developing partnerships for graduate placements and collaborations
• Managing local Outcomes teams and ensuring quality
• Prioritizing business needs for Outcomes digital products
• Overseeing team data and conducting audits
• Rolling out new processes and sharing market updates
• Creating resources for the team and overseeing execution projects
• Coaching and counseling students and graduates
