The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and standards in building distributed services and on-demand environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scale and shaping the future of wealth management technology.This role involves:

• Shaping product features and scalability improvements
• Coaching and mentoring software engineers
• Delivering solutions for clients and improving engineering processes
• Collaborating with partner teams to deliver impactful results

Requirements include:

• Extensive software engineering experience
• Previous experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Experience or interest in financial technology
• Great communication skills and adeptness at working with cross-functional partners
• Value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed
• Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC
