Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Platform Services team. This team focuses on distributed services utilized across Addepar's engineering stack. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and roll out systems critical to Addepar's growth and global expansion. This role is based in Pune, India.Role involves:

• Designing, implementing, and rolling out distributed systems.
• Working with interprocess messaging and coordination tools like Kafka and Zookeeper.
• Enhancing observability through distributed tracing, logging, and performance monitoring.
• Improving build systems, test systems, and cloud-native deployment suites.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java.
• Experience with relational and non-relational datastores.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging systems.
